Fantastic

I decided to keep going to the Tae Kwon Do place I've been at since testing was yesterday and I would have had to wait longer anywhere else..... Well Thursday night at sparring class they paired me with the biggest guy at the school... Now I'm not quite 5 feet 6 inches like 150 pounds, this guy is well over 6 feet and close to 300 pounds.... see where I'm going here.... I now have a broken finger that my doctor did not set for me so it is healing crooked aand I'll probably have to have it rebroken and set since my orthopedic appointment isn't until august 11th

Thats terrible. I mean yes it will heal but the obnoxious part is you shouldnt have been paired up with that huge guy. Thats something you could sue over. Not that i would but thats just ridiculous.

Why didn't your doctor set it?

Being paired against various people is part of tkd. I've been to a tournament where boys about 12 years old were paired against full grown women taller and heavier than them. In the 2 matches, one boy won and one woman won. There's different benefits to being the bigger person and the smaller person.

I have no idea, I mean yea it would be one thing if it wa sa tournament but this was the guy's 2nd sparring class and I'm pretty sure first time sparring... he wasn't kicking anywhere near in point range...

haha thats what i said.... its terrible though, the man took most of the class with his gear off because he almost had a heart attack with it on {he staggered off the mat before he took it off}
