Have you ever had that friend?

Oh geez there's at lady at my synagogue like that >< I avoid her when I see her on Fridays

Yeah, although she's not crazy and bitchy outright but she's very sly and snide when you see her then she won't bother making an effort to come and see us the rest of the time. She moved 60 miles away from us and she's the only one who drives and we never really see her. She would always come down to the area but never see us!! We saw her last night for another friend's birthday, she was nice enough to me and everyone else but to me too much water has gone under the bridge to be all friendly with her again!!

Not a friend, I have two sisters like that. One if worse than the other though.

yea i had a lot of those but they wouldnt be obsessive they would talk about me behind my back and stuff and i made me so mad

yeah i've had a few "Freinds" like that. and they are the reason I stopped socialising.
but strangely enough I'm happier now.

i have a best friend since 2nd grade but we were put in different classes in middle school. so she started hanging out with all these jocks and preps. now all she doed is ask 4 money and go shopping O_O

You know a true friend - someone who you can talk about all your worries with and they make you feel better? well hang onto those friends.

I have had to drop a couple of 'friends' over the years when i realised that i always felt worse after talking to them - it was as if hearing about my troubles and woes made them feel better. It became worse when they would then talk me to death about how flippin' peachy everything in their life was - how insensitive or what??!!! My friends now are those people who always leave me feeling better and happier!! spread the joy ;) !

Ohh naturally.

I met this one girl a while back. She was crazy and fun at first but then I quickly realized that she was like that ALL THE TIME.

On top of that, she's also pretty obsessive. Calls like no tommorrow, and when I do pick up, she acts all insane on the phone. There were many awkward silences. Don't get me wrong, I love to be crazy and fun myself, but I know when to be serious too.

I agree with what PinkWeeds said. Ignore her, and she'll get the message.

Oh yea! I have one of those! Where you feel like you're kind of trapped in the friendship? She makes me so uncomfortable! It's been months since I've seen her, but she's still blowing up my phone and hitting me up on facebook! Ugh!

Oh I am so there sister. I practically let her live in my house and when we started school up again I heard that she likes to call me horrible names at lunch and when my other friend called me and told me I got a phone call from the bad friend. She needed dinner and a ride to school. The nerve of some people!!

rolls eyes, gotta love those "quote on quote" friends. Greeze who rasies these people. I guess they want attention.

I usually end up with "friends" like those. Now people think I'm sort of creepy or quiet, because I'm shy. Usually I'm like a magnet to those type of people.

i hate ppl like that! I gen just tend to claim to be busy when they call nd always have other plans when they want to hang out until the get tired of reject nd stop askin. The best thing about this is its subtle nd not mean so if they're particularily psycho u can always, somewhat truthfully say, 'I'm not bein mean i've just been super busy."
