Unwind here with Soothing Sug

Hiya , not much of an issue topic but to me it is...so its okay.


I decided to start this for all the ppl who seem to unload alot in the random rants and so forth. I figure after you unload there, you come visit me here and give me a positive that popped in your mind after wards.

Simple right...so example you just got done ranting about how horrible you feel. So you come here and say something positive.

Like:
I made this brilliant ring out ninja turtle parts and duct tape and it felt so good to get all mcgyver on it!

or

I love reading my new book to escape into.

Or

Give me a pic that you ran into that just made you smile ear to ear or made you feel relaxed.


Call it free therapy-Sug style.


I just believe if you surround yourself with positive sense of being then you will be pretty good.

But if you keep surrounding yourself with negative, then you will continue to feel down all the time and not want any way out cause that is what you are use to being in.


I am not a professional paid OMG person.


Just a friend who wants to bring the cheeriness back into my home.


Just remember come in here with a positive open mind.

Today is an important date, exactly a year from today I had fallen off those stairs and today I am so happy that I am walking and being able to play with my girly girls!! Happy Woot no more wheelies in a wheelchair for this hot mama! lol Happy

so after my mega rant, the biggest one ever i think, it's only appropriate to say I BOUGHT A CHEAP BASS and it's pink, used to play and now i wanna pick it up again now i have lots of free time Happy

'soothing sug' sounds like a massage pillow product thing, or a hot drink! Happy
