Little Girls In Hussy Costumes....

My little cousin was Alvin the Chipmunk...she was SOOO adorable...she had on an oversized red sweatshirt with a big yellow A on it..and red sweatpants and a red hat...she sure was warm...and she was happy! I thought it was the cutest thing ever!

OMG I know exactly what you mean! BUT get this - - - - at our local Value Village, they always have tons of costumes... and some if the LITTLE kid costumes (I'm talking ages 5-8!!!) were like... little witches and such... and more than one of them... show these little girls in laced up corset looking topped, short skirted dresses, with fishnet tights, and fishnet arms, and wearing little high heels and makeup!
They even had a "pvc" looking costume that was like this!
... and at Wal-Mart I saw a little "pleather" miniskirt that was about a size 6 - - and that wasn't with costumes, that was with every day clothing!!!

With all the perverts out there and all the worry about stuff like that these days... I don't understand how anyone would MAKE these costumes, let alone let their children wear them? I actually said (quite loudly lol) in the store ... "I don't understand why my 5 yearold needs to dress like a WHORE for Hallowe'en!!!" while holding up one of said atrocities!

I don't know that I can blame paedophiles that much when we dress our kids up like this - Jesus, they have a problem already, and now we're just dangling this thing in front of them? Nice one

A man who lives about 2 minutes walk from my house got arrested not too long ago for posession of child porn or something. It's really creep to think that it happens so close to home.
We don't really have that many kids trick or treating round here anyway so he wouldn't be able to get them or whatever, and the very few kids that do go round all dress really nicely, usually wrapped up warm under a coat as well haha.

I hate it when you see children with Playboy stuff... WHSmiths sells tons of Playboy stationary, you can get Playboy jewellery in Argos, Playboy clothes, Playbog bags... Playboy everything pretty much. It's worrying that these kids will go around with stuff with the Playboy logo splashed all over it and yet they have no idea what the whole Playboy thing is.

MY LORD! I went to my first dance at this new private school I started this year.
All the girls wore spankies (the extremely tight, short, spandex shorts commonly worn in girl's volleyball.) and a tanktop. Oh, and cat ears. And for the nice ones- legwarmers.

I was a zombie. With ripped jeans. And a blood-splattered shirt. XD

i am pissed at spankies. PISSED. all the girls wear them for gym class. i wear the ACTUAL uniform basketball shorts instead of wearing spankies. ugh theyre so gross and girls wear them in public!!

Ya, Izzy, it sucks here we have play boy mini hoodies for our girls at the run of the mill kind of family store. Seriously. and one girl had a fit when her mother wouldn't by it "but every other girl has one!"

i also once saw a little girl, about three, in a bikini.... that was weird. i think until about the age of 12 they should be in one peices of tankinis.

My 3 yearold has a bikini but it has shorts with it and the top covers down to her ribs... my 5 yearold has a tankini, I think it's called? normal bikini bottoms but the top is almost like a tank top, there's only like... maybe 2 inches of belly showing? ... I think the ones my girls have are acceptable... they're quite adorable. I mean... i know I wore them when I was small... they only wear them to gramma's and to swimming lessons ...they don't wear them to run around the beach. AND... I *REFUSE* to even consider buying them one with little triangle-top bits. I mean... really... they don't need something that looks like a too-small bra, at that age, tyvm. ew... why would anyone make a top modeled after the triangle tops which are half-the-time too small for the WOMEN who wear them to the beach... for 3 yearolds? my GODS. ... ew.

my sister in law got her 3 and 4 year old those string bikinis and thought they were "cute" both me and my husband just look at each other like 'what the heck!' The ones that you got your daughter is acceptable cause its a tankini and not flashing their goodies I love gettting those for lillian...reason for its easy for her to run to the bathroom if she needs to when she is swimming lol

yea mama zoe, the ones your daughter has are cute and they work for kids! Thats what I used to have.
