I decided to watch the new Fame - I'm a fan of the original so I did feel rather like a cheating mistress!

To save you wasting 2 hours of your life:
Watch the original and apply these basic changes
A) Leroy is now called Malik, can read and is an actor not a dancer
B) Bruno and Ralph have been mashed together and evenly divided between two characters (a film maker and a hip hop producer)
C) The girl who doesn't top herself is now a boy...who doesn't top himself
D) The Fame theme is now a hip hop travesty

There - You can now thank me and use the two hours you've saved to make stuff Happy

The last movie i saw in theaters was 'Avatar: The last Airbender' too! I loved it also. It was so great. I really wish it wasnt in 3d tho...because i thought it was pointless, and made the fight scenes really shitty. I hated how they were so slow. The only thing the 3D was good for, was when he made that giant wave. Could have been loads better tho. But at least they didnt screw up the story or characters.

The last movie i actually watched was "The time travelers Wife" on tv. I hate sappy romance movies, so i avoided this one. But i watched it yesterday and it was great! Wasnt like that at all. It was so fascinating! Watch it!

For some reason I've been watching Wristcutters (based on the book, Kneller's Happy Campers) on a weekly basis - background noise for my sewing machine I guess. If you haven't seen it yet - I highly recommend it. It's about what happens to you when you commit suicide and is a bit thought provoking, quite hilarious - and then Tom Waits pops up which makes it simply awesome.

In the theaters I saw 'The Social Network' WHICH WAS ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT AND FANTASTIC such a good movie a total MUST SEE! but this morning I got up got myself some coffee and felt like watching a movie so I turned on 'When In Rome' a surpisingly great movie I thought it would be a really stupid chick flick but it was funny! I hate typical chick flicks. Chick flicks for me are Boondock Saints or Pride and Prejudice (2005) haha
