What kind of music do you listen to?
I keep hearing all these different bands from Narrator and Roma that I have no clue who they are so I was interested in what everyone else listens to?
I have to admit I listen to mainly preschool (Bunnytown, Jacks Big Music Show, Sesame Street) and Disney Channel music (Hannah Montana, Cheetah Girls, High School Musical, The Jonas Brothers) with my kids.
I do like a wide variety of music though. Alternative, Rock, Country, Hip Hop, Some Rap, Oldies, almost anything except Heavy Metal.
I would have to say the artist I currently like the best is James Blunt. Most artist I only like a couple of their songs, but I like almost all of James Blunt's songs.
Some of My Favorites that pop into my little brain right now are:
I love Unchained Melody by the Righteous Brothers
I like some of Norah Jones songs.
I really like the song Keep Your Mind Wide Open that Anna Sophia Robb sings.
Our Song (Earl and I) is It's your love by Tim McGraw and Faith Hill.
I love the song In the Aeroplane Over the Sea that is on Narators video.
I like some of Nouvelle Vague and the old songs of Dr. Hook
i'm an indie girl myself, but i do like james blunt as well. i've actually done a darfur awareness video with his song "no bravery," if you're interested in taking a look: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n7eICghe040.
Oh Abby! Your video is outstanding! I am going to post it on my MySpace and on my Blog. That's okay with you, right? I didn't just get teary eyed, I cried. You did an excellent job matching the words to the music to the pictures. A person would have to be inhuman not to feel something after watching your video. Thanks for sharing!

I give everything a chance, without exception. You just have to find the right rap and hip hop or metal.
Well that is true, I have listened to some hip hop stuff and enjoyed it, I wouldn't listen to it all the time though.
My favorite band right now is Of Montreal.
I listen to pretty much anything. Here's my top 20 artists from last.fm (click here if you want to see my profile)
1 Regina Spektor
2 65daysofstatic
3 Therapy?
4 Radiohead
5 Pixies
6 Björk
7 Rush
8 Dream Theater
9 Biffy Clyro
10 The Chemical Brothers
11 Amplifico
12 Primus
13 The Prodigy
15 The Dresden Dolls
16 System of a Down
17 Bad Religion
18 Aphex Twin

20 Muse
I've been on that site for nearly 4 years so some of that stuff I don't really listen to any more. Also Regina Spektor probably wouldn't be number 1 (although she'd still be in the top 20) if I hadn't left her CD playing in my computer at work over the weekend one time.
My favourite bands at the moment (well for a long time really) are QOTSA and NIN
I love the 4th song on the latest muse album I can't remember what it's called but I nearly cry every time I listen to it.
rock/alternative/some j-pop
QueenFP thats Map of the Problematique, great song
Zootm, I have the same problem on my last fm, I was crazy for Fall out boy for like 6 months and now I hate them, so they are slowly moving down.
Also our kitty is always walking on the keyboard and starting up itunes lol and then we come home and see whats on haha I think she played lots of christmas music last week, luckily it's my boyfriends itunes heehee
