Dieting

Haha yeah, I do that too. I have to track my calories every day and if I skip a day I just quit...tracking them makes me much more motivated.

I had pizza last night! After I ate dinner and I went over by 445 calories so I had to stay up another 2 hours to work them all off...it was worth it. I love pizza!

I'm pretty good at keeping track of what I eat. It's the exercising that gets me. Xp
I got the personal trainer walking for the nintendo ds on sale. I used it regularly after I got it. Now I don't remember the last time I used it. :o

I just try to keep it under a certain amount of calories a day. Recently I've been motivated to exercise, and I have no idea how or why. :-P

I loathe counting calories, it just makes my head hurt. Corsetry is my diet.

I don't need more numbers in my life; math is difficult enough.

Exercise may seem like the enemy, but isn't it fantastic when you do it so much that you can eat anything you want and are still losing weight? Another reason to love travel ^.^

I have a LOT of weight to lose. I lost about 1 stone last summer through watching what I ate and going swimming a lot. I gave up swimming because I couldn't afford it, however I found out that because now I'm unemployed I qualify for swimming discounts YAY so I am thinking about taking up swimming again!!!

I think the best thing is doing some excersize that you enjoy. Loads of people go to the gym, but if you don't enjoy it you won't want to go, or do as much if you do go.

And then of course watching what you eat.

I signed up with diet.com which I've found pretty good. That does the whole working out what calories you've had and you can work out how many you've burnt through the day too. It also has loads of recipes and stuff. I'm still struggling with it though - I need to loose a couple of stone but at the moment I'm sticking with small goals so I don't loose motivation.

That seems like a good idea Arty KitKat.

I like to watch "How to cook yourself thin" too, I think adapting dishes and cooking them differently so they have many fewer calories then they need seems to be a good compromise to lose weight without losing your favourite foods.

My biggest problem is motivation, particularly with excersize Happy

Mine too...yesterday I went over my calories by 300 because I had friends over and we had pizza. I tend to overeat when I'm with people...

Anyway, so today I have to stay under 300 calories to even out yesterday...It shouldn't be too hard if I only eat when I'm hungry and just try to eat less than normal
