Freedom is Sweet!!


Hi guys (tis Becky here),

I'm so sorry I haven't been able to come CO+K properly last week I had 4 exams. I finished my last one on Friday, so now I have total freedom to concerntrate myself into the CO+K society and actually get making stuff again!! I've missed you all. Have I missed anything while I have been away??

Well once we hve exchanged plesantaries, I'd like to hear of peoples crafting ideas? What are you lot thinking of making next...

Me? I bought a few tops when I went shopping with my friend yesturday - one from Primark (£3!!)... its a plain long sleeved black top but the sleeves are REALLY long so I'm (at least) going to put some thumb holes in them!!

The other top was from a sale at Jane Norman (£7.50 from £25 wooooo) now I'm a big girl, so Jane Norman clothes at their biggest (UK 16) are tight or don't fit me, so I plan to corset the back of it maybe? To make it larger... it's a nice top so I'm going to practice on an old rag first... lol.

Well done for getting through your exams. My daughter is having the same at the moment and it's been a stressful house.

Time to chill out and have a bit of crafting therapy. Looks like youv'e already done the retail therapy Lol x

yea, go becky-getting trough exams is good. next week my brother has exams.
i'm gonna be focusing on fashion(drawing on clothes, shoes i think), food, and learning the basics of things.
and improve my drawing.

Sheila - Yeah I've been indoors for about 2 or 3 weeks doing reading and nothing but so as my fist act of freedom I HAD to get out ofthe house. I was strapped for cash BEFORE Christmas as it was, but I got my Student money about a week ago so I HAD to do some shopping. I'm planning on doing a lot more retail therapy!! Good luck to your daughter.

Suzi - That sounds fantastic, I would LOVE to see the outcome of your creativity!! Also good luck to your brother.

I shall be thinking about them both and I hope they get the results they deserve.

I can't wait to get into some crafting therapy!

i noticed, i'm on a teen forum, too-but i'm more on co+k than on there, just more like...here its all about crafts, there its about talks. big difference.
i think if i'd not be able to get on here for a long time i'd miss it, too.
