Well, they say pregnant women, or people with low immune should get it first...because they're more suseptible....ya know...

there are 29 people in my school that have the not so bad H1N1 and 5-7 people that are in E.R because there coughing up blood cuz of the deadly version of H1N1 soooo i say be sane and just get the shot it cant hurt... really be smart its not a risk.

i have not gotten the shot already I'm going to try and get it soon, but the thing about this particular flu virus is that it can adapted so if you do get the shot ... well if every one gets the shot it can and most likely will adapted and find a way to bypass the vaccine, and become more deadly ... those are just the facts that iv heard from doctors like I'm not a professional, heck I'm 14 but I'm the kind of kid that needs to know whats going on so i do extensive searches till i find something sensible and true so I'm not saying that I'm totally right but what is vary true is that this can be deadly so don't take any risks, just get the shot

I hope that's meant as a joke, Jessica... I hate these conspiracy theorists that see a huge scheme just about every where and try to get their fifteen minutes of fame out of it... They're never right and they don't do any good.


Personally, I haven't gotten a vaxine, nor do I plan on getting one until this becomes more of an epidemic. What I've heard about the shots and the side effects isn't that comforting really... Plus, I have a rather strong immune system (can't remember when's the last time I was sick), so I'm not too worried.

On top of that, the affects of the decease haven't been that bad so far. Sure, it can be deadly to some, but the chances catching the deadly strain and not being able to be treated are kinda small... It's much more likely that you'll die in a car accident.

I think you will be fine, but for people who are sick or have illness, it seems like a good choice. I have asthma, so when it comes avaible, I am thinking about it

Ky, we all have our opinions..it was not ment to offend.. just inform. I refuse to get the shot.. this flu is no more harmfull than the others..the regular seasonal flu kills just as many if not more people around the world.. I feel it's fear mongering... Thats not to say I have no sympathy for those who die from this, my heart goes out to them. I have never had a flu shot and I never get sick.. so It works for me. Free speach man, it's one of our rights

lol anyways guys.... some lady died over here the other day she was 50 somethin.. a professor. i guess its pretty bad in the schools like 60 percent of kids in school are out sick not saying its the swine flu but dang if i was in school i wouldnt want to go! i dont like bein sick! lol the only thing that really scares me is that i have young kids ones 5 months and the other is 2. i trip when they get a small cold even before this swine flu came out lol

got my vacine today

same drea.. my girls 3rd b-day is in December.. were staying away from crowdes of kids. She had a really high fever this summer and it was really scary..needless to say I got no sleep for like 2 days. Im supposed to work inventory at my dad's wearhouse this weekend.. one person who works there called in sick from swine flu and 3 more people called in sick the next day.. so Im waiting to hear if its cancled.. If its still on, I think we all have to wear masks.

yea that might be a good idea.. aw that is way scary fever is the worst my 2 year old has only had a bad one once and we were freekin out.

ya it was a little scary.. I noticed as she was eating her supper.. usually she puts up a big fight... but insted she was like a zombie.She felt hot so I took her temp.. it was high so I gave her a luke warm bath and she just sat there.. looked like she was gonna pass out and then the shivers started. Glad thats over! It's worse when their so young.. they can't tell you what they are feeling.
