Keepsake Bear from Baby Sleeper

Good morning,

I was wondering if anyone had come across patterns/tutorials for making a teddy bear out of a baby sleeper (onesie). All the ones I've found on Pinterest were either links to buy a bear from Etsy or patchwork looking bears. I'm looking for one like the picture attached. I appreciate any help as I would like to make this for my son in the future =)
