If you maybie enjoy polymer clay you could make heaps of charms and stick them on a braclet Happy thats what I have done it turned out great!

Charm bracelet sounds like a good idea, handmade charms or bought charms, people always like them. If you have any inside jokes, I would make something based off of the inside joke :3
