Beaded Bracelet HELP
Basically I have no idea what this type of bracelets threading is referred to even if it has a name.
Anyone tutorial on how to do this or some steps I can be given.
I'd also like how the ends were made.
I would purchase this bracelet from the sellers as it looks great and of good quality but they want an average of 150 USD which isn't very reasonable.
That definitely isn't worth $150, though the beads are interesting.
Anyway, the cord looks like black satin rat tail.
The knots between the beads are square knots.
For the ends, it looks like two extra strands were attached behind the big beads, then they were used to make a square knot tunnel over the ends which are part of the first section of the bracelet.
Thank you so much i'll look into it.
These are basically a high fashion version of friendship braclets which is a popular style both on the high street and in the craft magazines at the moment, I agree with Monika about the square knots. the beads look like stardust beads http://www.the-beadshop.co.uk/index.php/14mm-stardust-beads-gold-plated.html
The "clasp" is adjustable because the ends are bound together in a squareknot section which makes it adjustable.
Most books would list this as Macrame. (Mah-Krah-may)

Any good old fashioned craft book or even one of the links above should give you some idea.
A little difficult to master at first, but once you get the hang of it, very, very easy.
My dad used to make them out of leather thongs, these could be up to 4 inches wide and he used to make them for the Hells Angels Chapter he was a member of.
So effectively, these can be as delicate or as masculine as you would like them to be.
Good luck
