Meal Planning

I'm working on my meal plan for next month, and I am running out of unique Ideas to keep things from getting boring! I've got two kids and a husband to please, and the only thing we don't eat is Pork and Ham, everything else we at least try! SO I guess what I'm asking is what is your favorite Dinner dish(es)?

Tortellini
Kielbasa & sauerkraut
Curry rice
Tandoori chicken
Beef BBQ sandwiches
Apple chicken salad

I can post recipes for the curry rice and Tandoori chicken if you're interested.

My favorite thing to make for dinner is dal with either red lentils or yellow split peas. Also, I make this enchilada rice casserole thing that's like, everything you'd put on enchiladas just mixed in with rice and topped with enchilada sauce and baked. Only because it's way cheaper and easier than using tortillas. :x And spaghetti noodles with soy sauce/hot sauce and sesame seeds for when I'm really lazy.

Once, I prepared flounder (in butter, garlic, onions, and some parsley) with mashed potatoes and fresh asparagus with a honey-maple Dijon sauce... it was all so delicious. My dad even loved the asparagus and he's mostly just a meat and potatoes kinda guy. lol

We've never tried flounder, I may add that to the list!

Anyone got any desert ideas now?

i vote for snicker doodle cookies for dessert (nothing to do with the candy bar)

You should try Frittata! It's really healthy, and my dad -who is meat addicted, haha- even likes it; although it doesn't include meat!

Try crab roll salad, it light but nutritious!
