Craft Party?

I'm planning to host a craft party sometime soon for my friends, but I need ideas of what we can make. I'm thinking about inviting around 10 or 11 people. I want to make something that is quick, simple, relatively cheap, and that will appeal to most people. Any ideas?

Decorate tank tops with puffy paint! Get em at michaels they stay on clothing really well & theyrr a lot of fun. Or a shirt reconstruction party, print out ideas on ways to cut and slash shirts without sewing Happy

I agree with Miki's shirt reconstruction idea. There's several books by Megan Nicolay called Generation T. They show you tons of ideas for redesigning shirts, or turning them into skirts, scarfs, pillows, water bottle cases, i-pod cases, blankets, endless ideas. You can check your local library to see if they have them or you can purchase them. Her website has a few projects too.

One of my faves to make that's quick is a tea wreath. You can make them as large or as small as you want, and it only takes cardboard, some clothespins, hot glue, and paint/paper to decorate. I usually make mine magnetic so they can be stuck to a fridge, but they can be put on hooks or ribbons to hang anywhere--they're neat for keeping tea bags out in the open so you remember to drink it.

http://www.dollarstorecrafts.com has a ton of ideas, too.

Thanks, everyone! I think I'm going to use a spray-painted t-shirt tutorial from the website Stacy gave me. Thank you to anybody who contributed ideas.
