Little felt dolly? HELP!

I recently saw this and totally fell in love with it:

any idea or tutorial how to make it? that would be awesome!
anything similar to it would be cool as well as i want to give it away as a present (maybe as a key ring or sth...)

It looks like it's needle-felted if that's any help. I know on you tube there are tons of videos that can teach you how. Personally, I've never tried it.

Actually you just take a ball of white felt...then cut another flat black felt into a round shape and in the end cut little bit(that can be fringe at the front)then you sew the hair on the ball of felt!!for the eyes you cut the felt and stick it with glue....now for the body take another ball of white felt and design it....and take a orange flat felt and cut it into a rectangle shape! And tie it on the neck like muffler!!!done
(p.s I'm ten years old and I've never tried this before!!Happy) just message me if the dolly thing worked!!

I agree with Caitlin, it definitely looks needle felted. I have needle felted before which I learnt how to do off Youtube. It's way easier than it looks, you literally just have to jab a ball of wool fibre with a felting needle (It can't be a regular needle as these don't have the special notches you need) or use soapy water.
