Dotee Doll Swap Idea
oh wow I must have missed the 2nd page when I posted my previous comment.. your doll is adorable Debs! it came out great :] I really like the fabric too.
Yours is really cool too Pam, can't want to see the tutorial!
would you guys maybe be interested in doing a little DIY Dotee Doll swap sometime during the 2nd destash and matchbox swap? it would be super easy and quick to put one of these together and we could have them before the official dotee doll swap starts up. just a thought.. ?

My second go at making these very cute little things
not bad seeing as she's all hand sewn (this is not a easy thing for me as i have shaking hands from the illnes M.E/cfs)
named her Rag Doll
I'm starting with my first attepmt to make a Dotee Doll tonight. I made my dangler and picked out fabric.
Dragonfly once you make one you'll be wanting to make more .
i'm well and truly hocked on these little dolls i've all ready made four of them and got a list of ideas for more
I've just bought some cute fabric online :-D
Tomorrow I need to fill my doll, but she looks cute. Everything is a bit off centre, but that makes it cute. My next one will be from some lovely dark blue flower-fabric.
Wow! They all look fab! Such a fun little idea! I'm gonna have to start sketching and raiding my fabric stash.
Ok here's my first attempt (cruddy pictures, sorry - only have a rubbish phone camera)

I love this fabric and it inspired me to do the book-worm theme. I'd definately be up for a dotee doll swap or a kit swap, I couldn't believe how quickly it all came together.
i've enjoyed making a few more of these dolls now done 5 of them all in diff themes .
just orderd some new fabric so i'll be able to work on some more
Here's mine! No theme, but it was my practice one...
