Christmas Cookie

So what is you're favorite christmas cookie

And, should i put up a how to on som christmas cookies (like my very veristle dough, that makes four different cookies?)

They aren't a tradition in my family really. We would buy various biscuits.

Now in Iceland though, we buy piparkokur Happy spice cookies and I will make some this year I think Happy

I cheat - I buy the sugar cookie mix from the store

but I ice them with those candy melts you get at a craft store for those candy molds - usually green

and put these AWESOME green apple sprinkles on top

I'm baking some this weekend for company Happy
now all I need to find is an apple cookie cutter, but for now I just use a star or something.

I like my tasty lebkuchen style cookies from my Cookie Bible - they've got apple pie spices in so they're kinda gingerbready, and you cover them in chocolate. Yum yum. I'm making loads for my friends.

And yes, you should definately put up recipes =)
