Bake a Somerset Cider And Apple Cake with Emma in Bristol, England.

Bristol is a foodie's paradise as you can get a great mix of traditional West Country dishes as well as food from all over the world due to Bristol's multi-ethnic history. You can get great cider here and also a great curry goat due to the large West Indian influence in the city. I've opted to make an apple and cider infused cake, with the lots of help from my partner Ed.
