Bake a traditional apple crisp with Catherine from Wisconsin in the USA.

I love the food of Wisconsin, from our favorite German restaurant, The Winzer Stube, to the chinese dishes my sister in law from Taiwan makes. My husband and I have traveled to England, Australia, Mexico, Canada, Ireland and Taiwan.

Our next trip we are hoping will be Italy, where my husband will be thrilled to try any seafood dish and I will be happy with more traditional fare.
