When I'm bored I usually cross stitch my signature heart or spend an hour or so dreaming up new craft project ideas.

I love all crafts, but usually when I'm bored I do felt fairies - really easy&nice. Or origami hearts and making new nice things from old things. =-)

My favorite craft to do when I'm bored is probably knitting. I know it's not the most creative answer . There is so much instant gratification with knitting, every row you can see your project getting closer to completion, it's hard to put down once I start.

I love making pincushions there are just so many creative options! And their cute as well as functional

I love to mess up my old clothes, finding ways to change - remake them. The craziest the better, then i'm not bored anymore.That 's my thing!!!!!

I love doing beading and fixing a problem using craftiness. I just made my cat a scratching post. super cute and super useful

Maybe favorite thing to do when im bored, is to take a old tshirt from my closet and remake it into a completely reinvented new shirt. Its usually quick and easy, and i gain a whole new wardrobe when im done! lol
I also like to make little plusies of my favorite cartoon characters.

Ok, my favorite things to do when I am bored it to cook. Cooking is a way that I can feel in control of what is going on. I can easily decide what I want to make, and I can change the recipe(to a limit) to make it taste just how I want. It also is an awesome way to put food into my pantry, since there is nothing good in there . If I can't cook, like the kitchen is a mess or I am out of ingredients, it would have to be drawing. I don't draw exquisite masterpieces, but they are good enough for me.

I make tons of amigurumi (crocheted dolls/animals/monsters) that end up filling every nook and cranny of my house, my dad even found one in his biking boots once!

I sometimes follow the patterns of others, but I mostly make my own. Some of my previous projects have included a White Totoro, an Alien Invader, a Mario Mushroom, and a Chomping Tyrannosaurus Rex! I love experimenting with new stitches and designs, I've recently taken up brushing my dolls with a dog slicker to break up the wool fibres, to give them a 'furry' look! =D So much fun!

I Love making amigurumi crochet. Its fast, easy and brings a smile to all when finished

its not very crafty but i like to look up new recipes or new crafts or things to make when i am bored, then try to make something i have seen

When I get bored I love to learn to sew new bag patterns! I love to sew things for people that I know they can use everyday. Whether it is a clutch, purse, messenger bag or grocery tote I love learning new techniques to make them last longer and look better! I have a huge stash of grocery totes that I always keep in my car for when I go shopping!

crochet flowers - it's so portable crochet and flowers can be used to embellish clothing, papercrafts, hats, shoes, jewellry - so versatile, quick and tidy to boot (very important with two active children)

I crochet hats when I'm bored, its mindless enough that you can watch a movie and keep your hands busy at the same time

If I'm bored, I challenge myself to make humor crafts that I can mix in with my 9-5 life. For example, I have a laptop sleeve that I made with a stiched zombie. Only if you're really paying attention to my laptop sleeve (which most of the 9-5 crowd don't) will you see the zombie. I can take things I make and mesh my two worlds - crafting and the serious professional world. Additionally if you take the time to notice and comment it's an instant conversation starter. I've made a lot of good friends that way

I like to make a lot of Pompoms and then make a beautiful garland. Or even make little chicks out of them!!

I love upcycling my daughters worn out clothes into something new she can wear! I also upcycle socks into stuffed animals for her.

I make hand made cards and envelopes and each card has a clip on charm inside a small envelope inside the card. I love making cards so much it relaxes me and I sit happily for hours on end normally with my rabbit Mr. Pepper Pot jumping up on my lap for me to stroke his ears xx
