About
Want homemade bread? Give this a whirl and you'll get a serving of fruits, vegetables, and grain all in one!
So summer started and my mom really wanted a sweet yet healthy baked good to eat in the morning. It's safe to say that this recipe blew all of her expectations away! There's no butter and barely any added sugar. I fiddled around with some recipes on the internet until this one came about.
Eat it with butter or cream cheese and it's a moist, sweet, filling snack! Hope you enjoy! :D
