Step 1
Gather Your Supplies
Put 1/2 a cup of sugar in a bowl.

Then Mix in a 1/2 a cup of butter or margarine and a handful of chocolate chips! OPTIONAL- Mix in some vanilla extract for a even more delicous taste!
