Watermelon Shark Salad

Just some summertime fun.
Every year I try to have some fun with watermelon. I've made Fruit Ka'kabobs (shown here),a totally awesome pineapple tree that I can't find a picture of anywhere and this little guy (sharky)

He does have a "fin" made of rind but it's hardly visible under all the fruit and he has olives for eyes.

Easier to carve than pumpkins and always a hit at our Annual 4th of July party.
