Apple or chocolate turnovers These are super easy to make.
They taste great & could be filled with anything you fancy.
Roll out the pastry.
Cut into triangles.
Brush with a little milk & sprinkle with sugar.
Place in an oven 200 degrees for approx 15 mins. Until pastry is cooked through.
Allow to cool completely.
Peel & chop the apple into small pieces.
Add to a pot with sugar.
Cook on a medium heat until the apples are tender.
Cut pastry in half.
Fill with the apple filling.
Cover apples with the other piece of pastry.
For chocolate turnovers...
Fill with chocolate spread.
Cover over with pastry.
Serve.
