You Will Need
500 g
Lean
Turkey
mince
1 tbsp
Olive Oil
1
Onion
diced
1
Pepper
diced
1
Garlic
clove minced
400 ml
Can of chopped
Tomatoes
200 ml
Chicken Stock
1 tsp
Chilli Powder
1 tsp
Smoked Paprika

Tbsps
Tomato
pure
Salt and Pepper
for seasoning
50 g dairy free cheese grated
4
Large handfuls of gluten free
Tortilla Chips
4 tbsps crushed avocado
4
Tbsps tomato
Salsa
1 tsp
Ground Cumin

Step 1
Place the olive oil in a large pan over a medium heat
Add in the onion, pepper, garlic, chilli, paprika and cumin
Sauté for 5 minutes -
Step 2
Add in the turkey mince and brown for 5 minutes
Pour in the chopped tomatoes, chicken stock and tomato puree -
Step 3
Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes or until the sauce has thickened
Season to taste -
Step 4
Divide the tortilla chips between four bowls
Spoon on the turkey chilli and sprinkle on some dairy free cheese -
Step 5
Place under the grill for a couple of minutes
Top with the crushed avocado and tomato salsa
