Gluten & Dairy Free Turkey Chilli Nachos
Place the olive oil in a large pan over a medium heat Add in the onion, pepper, garlic, chilli, paprika and cumin Sauté for 5 minutes
Add in the turkey mince and brown for 5 minutes Pour in the chopped tomatoes, chicken stock and tomato puree
Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes or until the sauce has thickened Season to taste
Divide the tortilla chips between four bowls Spoon on the turkey chilli and sprinkle on some dairy free cheese
Place under the grill for a couple of minutes Top with the crushed avocado and tomato salsa
