Smoked Sausage Hash Easy to make.
Very tasty.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add potatoes, salt & pepper.
Fry until golden & cooked through (15mins).
Remove from the pan.
Fry the sausage, onion, garlic & peppers.
Add potatoes back into the pan.
Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
Heat through.
Serve.
