Easy to make. Very tasty.

You will need

2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Butter 4 Potatoes Cubed 1 smoked Sausage(s) 2 Peppers Cubed 1 Onions Sliced 2 cloves Garlic Minced Cajun Seasoning Salt Pepper

Description

Easy to make. Very tasty.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oil in a pan. Add potatoes, salt & pepper. Fry until golden & cooked through (15mins). Remove from the pan.

2. 

   Fry the sausage, onion, garlic & peppers.

3. 

   Add potatoes back into the pan. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Heat through.

4. 

   Serve.
