Everything goes into one tray & bakes.
You can use any veg that you have.

You Will Need

Step 1Heat oven 180 degrees.
Chop all veg into equal size portions.
Place in a roasting tray.
Place sausage on top.
Cover with foil, bake for approximately 1 hr. stirring half way through.

Step 2Remove foil.
Place tray in oven for approximately 20 mins until all veg & sausage are baked & browned.

Step 3Serve.
