This is a super easy meal to make. Everything goes into one tray & bakes. You can use any veg that you have.

You will need

Sausage(s) Onions Carrot Potatoes Peppers

Description

This is a super easy meal to make. Everything goes into one tray & bakes. You can use any veg that you have.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 180 degrees. Chop all veg into equal size portions. Place in a roasting tray. Place sausage on top. Cover with foil, bake for approximately 1 hr. stirring half way through.

2. 

   Remove foil. Place tray in oven for approximately 20 mins until all veg & sausage are baked & browned.

3. 

   Serve.
