A lovely moist, sweet, sour, crunchy cake.

You can eat with or without the sauce.

Good either way.

    Heat oven 175 degrees.

    Mix butter & sugar together.

    Bake for 40-45 mins until cooked through.

    Melt butter.

    Add sugar & evaporated milk.

    Bring to a boil.

    Cook for 2-3 mins until thickened.

    Remove from the heat.

    Add the vanilla.

    Stir through.
