You Will Need

Buttermilk

Hot Sauce
Coating
1 1/2 cup
Plain Flour
3/4 cup
Corn Flour
1 1/2 tbsp
Paprika
1 1/2 tbsp
Garlic Powder
1 1/2 tbsp
Onion Powder
1 1/2 tbsp
Cajun Seasoning
1 1/2 tbsp
Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp
Salt
2 tsp
Pepper
Sauce
3/4 cup
Mayonnaise
2 tbsp
Hot Sauce
2 tsp
Paprika
2 tsp
Cajun Seasoning
1 tsp
Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder

Buns
Oil
Salad

Step 1Marinade...
Mix all ingredients together.
Place in fridge for at least 4 hrs but best overnight.

Step 2Mix all coating ingredients together.
Coat the chicken breast in mixture.

Step 3Fry chicken in oil until cooked through.

Step 4Sauce...
Mix all ingredients together.

Step 5Spread Buns with sauce.
Place chicken on bun with salad of your choice.
Serve.
