Best left to marinade overnight. You can mix 1/3 of a cup of marinade into the flour mixture before coating the chicken.

You will need

Marinade
2 lbs Chicken Breast 1 cup Buttermilk 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper 1 tbsp Hot Sauce
Coating
1 1/2 cup Plain Flour 3/4 cup Corn Flour 1 1/2 tbsp Paprika 1 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder 1 1/2 tbsp Onion Powder 1 1/2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning 1 1/2 tbsp Cayenne Pepper 2 tsp Salt 2 tsp Pepper
Sauce
3/4 cup Mayonnaise 2 tbsp Hot Sauce 2 tsp Paprika 2 tsp Cajun Seasoning 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

1. 

   Marinade... Mix all ingredients together. Place in fridge for at least 4 hrs but best overnight.

2. 

   Mix all coating ingredients together. Coat the chicken breast in mixture.

3. 

   Fry chicken in oil until cooked through.

4. 

   Sauce... Mix all ingredients together.

5. 

   Spread Buns with sauce. Place chicken on bun with salad of your choice. Serve.
