Pineapple Upside Down Cake & Muffins

Heart shaped fruity love and surprise muffins
I just used a nice yellow cake mix for mine and buttered the heart shaped pan then put the pineapple rings and cherries in the pan and sprinkled them with brown sugar. Then just pour your batter in and bake as directed. Let the cake cool well and plop it out on a nice platter to show your yummy fruit bottom.

I had mix left over so I put in a pineapple ring for each muffin, cherries and brown sugar in a muffin pan in paper muffin sleeves and made pineapple upside down muffins, but I left them IN the sleeves so when people bit into them they would get a fruity surprise...lol
