Step 1
Cut store bought puff pastry or pie dough into small squares and put a spoonful of apple pie filling in the middle.
Step 2
Fold corners of dough to middle to form a mini pie.
Step 3
Bake according to package instructions, dust with powdered sugar and add baked dough letters (made freehand) on top.
