I was looking at cake recipies online, and didn't have anything, inc eggs or normal flour.
Instead, I mixed self raising flour, sugar, peppermint extract and a little milk. I then boiled up some chopped pear chunks in sugar and peppermint extract, and put them in too.
I then popped that into the over at 150c for about 15-20 mins. When they came out, I cut a hole in the top of each cake, making sure it was quite deep, and then mixed up a little icing sugar. Then placed a sliced piece of pear and the halves of top I cut off, making a nice little dipping cake. Yum!
