Super nutty peanut butter blondies
I'd ran out of cocoa and just when I thought "doh, no brownies today", I realised I should make blondies!

Step 1Whisk together the butter, peanut butter and sugar.

Step 2Whisk in the vanilla and each of the eggs, one at a time.

Step 3Mix in the nuts.

Step 4Spread into a greased baking tin.

Step 5Bake in an oven at 200'C for 20 minutes.

Step 6Cut into squares and serve!
