Super nutty peanut butter blondies

I'd ran out of cocoa and just when I thought "doh, no brownies today", I realised I should make blondies!

You will need

150 g Flour 100 g Butter 100 g Peanut Butter 100 g Sugar 3 Eggs 50 g Walnuts 20 g Sliced Almonds 20 g Peanuts 20 g Pine Nuts 2 tsp Vanilla

I'd ran out of cocoa and just when I thought "doh, no brownies today", I realised I should make blondies!

Instructions

1. 

   Whisk together the butter, peanut butter and sugar.

2. 

   Whisk in the vanilla and each of the eggs, one at a time.

3. 

   Mix in the nuts.

4. 

   Spread into a greased baking tin.

5. 

   Bake in an oven at 200'C for 20 minutes.

6. 

   Cut into squares and serve!
