Step 1Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the Violet Liqueur and gin.

Step 2Add the egg white and simple syrup.

Step 3Squeeze in the juice from half a lemon.

Step 4Shake well and strain into a martini glass.

Step 5Garnish with a sprig of lavender and serve.
