This candy shop inspired flip combines Violet Liqueur with gin, lemon and an egg white.

You will need

1 oz Violet Liqueur from The Bitter Truth 1 oz Gin 1 Egg White ½ oz Simple Syrup ½ Lemon Ice Sprig of Lavender

Description

This candy shop inspired flip combines Violet Liqueur with gin, lemon and an egg white.

Instructions

1. 

   Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the Violet Liqueur and gin.

2. 

   Add the egg white and simple syrup.

3. 

   Squeeze in the juice from half a lemon.

4. 

   Shake well and strain into a martini glass.

5. 

   Garnish with a sprig of lavender and serve.
