Step 1
Mix the eggs & sugar together until light & fluffy.
Step 2
Add the milk, cream & vanilla.

Stir through.
Step 3
Pour into an Icecream maker.

Set to program. Usually 50 mins.

Let it churn until ready.
Step 4
Mix in the Oreos.

Decant into a freezer tub.
Step 5
Serve.
