Easy to make but you need an Icecream machine.

You will need

2 Eggs 3/4 cup Sugar 2 cup Heavy Cream 1 cup Milk 2 tsp Vanilla 1 pkt Oreo Cookie Crushed

Easy to make but you need an Icecream machine.

Instructions

1. 

   Mix the eggs & sugar together until light & fluffy.

2. 

   Add the milk, cream & vanilla. Stir through.

3. 

   Pour into an Icecream maker. Set to program. Usually 50 mins. Let it churn until ready.

4. 

   Mix in the Oreos. Decant into a freezer tub.

5. 

   Serve.
