It's easy, it's rather quick and it's UBER cute!
I found a basic doll pattern on the web, customised it a little bit and added horns ( and a tutu xD ).

The wings are missing, gonna sew them tomorrow. Also, I still have to reinforce the neck. Her (!) head is too loose, looks like a broken neck. ;/ Anny suggestions?

I'm gonna make us have a partner look ( clay horns on headband for me still to come... ) and get some photographer to put us under the flashlights. ;) It's gonna be awesome.

U can add a wooden dowel with rounded ends to give the neck support. Another option is giving it an inner armature of soft wire. I usually twist up some floral wire and tape up the ends so they don't poke out of the fabric, it'll give the doll some degree of movement. It's a great doll

d'awww so cute! if you wanted to make the neck stronger you could put wire inside and that would mean you could bend the arms/legs/neck/wings if you put wire in those bits too. but then i'm not really sure how you would do that now as you've already sewn it :/ aw well >.<
