Super cute Frankie Deco!
Just a simple Deco Cupcake inspired from Frankie from the Monster High Dolls. I used a green whipple filling to match the theme plus her skin tone and I love how it came out.
As for the Frankie image, I used the Monster High stickers that have the water in them that moves with bits of glitter and floaty charms.
