I am generally decent with any other forms of drawing utensils besides pen, but I did find it's way easier for me to shade with charcoal and a smudge stick rather with pencil.
But the smudges afterward do drive me crazy xD.

Wow thats really really awesome for ur first try. The shading & his eyelashes r awesome. I love Manson too. ;)
I hate using charcoal, its too hard to work with for me. & i hate that it smudges. lol

Actually it was just on watercolor paper, I have nowhere to get reasonably priced anything concerning art here. XD
