You Will Need

Step 1Combine the gingernuts & butter together.
Press into a tin.
Set aside. -
Step 2Mix cream cheese until smooth.

Step 3Add icing sugar.
Stir through.
Add vanilla.

Step 4Mix a little of the chocolate into the cream cheese mixture.
Mix the rest of the chocolate & cream cheese together.

Step 5Pour on top of the biscuit base.

Step 6Add drops of lemon curd.

Step 7Swirl the curd through the cheesecake mixture.

Step 8Place in the fridge for atleast 4 hrs but better over night.
Cut & serve.
