This is really easy to make. It is sweet & sharp at the same time. It is very tasty.
This is really easy to make. It is sweet & sharp at the same time. It is very tasty.
Combine the gingernuts & butter together. Press into a tin. Set aside.
Mix cream cheese until smooth.
Add icing sugar. Stir through. Add vanilla.
Mix a little of the chocolate into the cream cheese mixture. Mix the rest of the chocolate & cream cheese together.
Pour on top of the biscuit base.
Add drops of lemon curd.
Swirl the curd through the cheesecake mixture.
Place in the fridge for atleast 4 hrs but better over night. Cut & serve.
