You Will Need

Step 1Koi iron-on transfer (5 bucks at Jo-Ann fabric store)
1.Go ahead and preheat your iron to a wool setting. -
Step 2Recycle any old skirt

Step 3Cut out the design, and follow instructions from the iron- on transfer pack(located on the back)

Step 4Design should transfer to Skirt
