Instructions

    Koi iron-on transfer (5 bucks at Jo-Ann fabric store) 1.Go ahead and preheat your iron to a wool setting.

    Recycle any old skirt

    Cut out the design, and follow instructions from the iron- on transfer pack(located on the back)

    Design should transfer to Skirt
