Katie's Birthday Means Rainbow Time

just cause her birthday for the past 5 years has been rainbow styled
I found these amazing shoes at the thrift store for my friends birthday, seriously amazing shoes. Stilletto, peep toe, patent leather, platform heels purple to black gradient. I'm so jealous of them....

The project right....so I needed to wrap them up like a present and I didn't want to just throw them in a regular shoe box. So I covered one in newspapers and then realized that all the bags that our newspapers come in are a different color for every day of the week, and apparently our news provider is rocking their gay pride. So I covered the lid with them. And then used them on the inside in loo of tissue paper. It looked so empty without it. Although I'm sure you can't even really tell that part in the pictures.

Now for my birthday, they guessed that since I hate birthdays that wrapping presents would be silly and they just tied them up in plastic bags and I was joking that I was going to wrap WRAP their presents using plastic bags instead of wrapping paper.

They didn't believe me.
